Providers' Network, Inc. is
a private non-profit organization established in 2005 as a
merger of FIG and Providers of Southeastern Minnesota (ProSEM).
FIG was a 501(c)(6) organization with a mission was to promote
and facilitate the private provision of community-based
residential and support services for people with developmental
disabilities in Southeastern Minnesota. FIG began networking in 1979.
ProSEM was a 501(c)(3) organization whose mission was to
minimize the reliance on expensive, highly restrictive in-patient
placements for persons with developmental disabilities. ProSEM began providing services in 1998.
